One hell of a rollercoaster folks. I was a teenager when I got on all the way back in 2005.

Truth be told I struggled with the last few years. It was difficult to see him play as a shadow of his former self. I'm glad to see he's totally at peace with his decision to retire.

Hope you're all well. A massive thank you to Mark for creating this place.

Morning all,

A very sad day to be an Andy Murray fan today. The fourteen year rollercoaster is coming to an end.

Had the worst fears after he beat Copil in Washington last year, his show of emotion after a win in the early stages of an ATP250 event didn't seem right.

If this is impacting his day to day life, and he's unable to ever recover fully, then it is 100% the correct decision. No point prolonging his career if he can't compete at the top.

Hoping we get to enjoy at least one victory in 2019 at the very least. His final match is going to be a very emotional day.

Amazing achievement. Another piece of history.

"He'll never win a slam".
"He'll never win Wimbledon".
"He'll never be world no 1"

Andrew!! The hell you been, lad??
Have fun Smile

Busy, Linda! I'm a fully fledged adult now - and I've just bought a flat in Glasgow so I've been decorating. Turns out I'm rubbish at it.

Still watch Andy as much as I can, hope you're all well.  hug

Heading along to this tonight - gutted about Monfils dropping out.

I'll be a youthful, manly drop in a cacophonous ocean of Murray-obsessed middle-aged women.

At some point it might be a good idea to create a sub-forum for him Think

What's the latest on this one, Mark?

I'm still absolutely astonished that the likes of Boris Johnson and Michael Gove connected with working-class voters.

Ugh, I can't believe Farage has won.

Bedtime, g'night folks.

My coverage here is saying demography of Remain voters are young, educated, urban people, worried about economy.  Leave voters older and worried about immigration.

AndyPanda here! Smile  long time no speak, hope all good?

All was well Linda thank you, prior to 1AM. Very Happy

So its looking like fear, paranoia, scare-mongering and misinformation have as usual proved to be the best ways to manipulate a population.

Referendums seem to bring out the very worst in political debate and rhetoric.

I also can't help but feel people up here will push for another IndyRef.

Hopefully the prospect of adopting the Euro will placate people, but then I've just seen the current price of Sterling.

Tidal wave of irony from this result so far, but my favourite tidbit is Cameron likely resigning due to the crumbling Labour support in previous strongholds. Seemingly decimated by UKIP sentiment.

Politics eh. Bloody hell.

Lol. I'll give you twenty! But you better grab it quick!

Deal.

I predict we'll all be flinging faeces at each other by October.

You guys reckon I can sell my flat for a tenner before the vote is officially announced?

Straight sets win for Andy, and Nadal to triumph in a 6-7 7-6 6-7 7-6 18-16 epic (held over two days) with Djokovic please.

Would be nice.
