I wouldn't have thought that was freely available for obvious reasons. Try contacting via his mother, Judy Murray, who is Scotland's tennis coach. I'm sure Andy would be pleased to know that a message board existed and she would pass on any messages. Try this. At least you have an address....

my mate used to know where he stayed in Dunblane as a kid, think he even played tennis against him once or at least was on the same courts at the same time as andy was playing.. he told me about him years ago and said he would be a talent even back then!
