Too many errors from Andy, too many winners from Giron, who at times has already proved to be able to produce a good run.

My comms were saying that Giron is playing about the best they've ever seen him.

Think Murray is clutching at straws switching his racket in his final few months on tour. The reality is he's not good enough to compete and win matches at the highest level anymore.

As fans, we need to let Andy play as long as he wants to, whether he plays good or bad. And if you no longer enjoy seeing him play, you just don’t watch him anymore. None of us have the right to say what Andy should do with his tennis life.

Jack Draper defeated Giron 6-4, 3-6, 6-3 in the next round.  While Giron's game wasn't quite as flawless as it was against Andy, it was still a tough match.  They also played each other in R 1 of the AO with Jack winning in five.
